Ingredients
Strawberry layer:
- 300 gram Strawberries
- 80 gram Sugar
- 40 gram Corn starch
Cream layer:
- 350 ml Cream (10%)
- 70 gram Sugar
- 45 gram Corn starch
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Decoration:
- 50 gram Coconut shavings
Instructions
- Add sugar and corn starch to the cream and mix well with a whisk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture boils, boil for another 1 minute.
- Prepare the form in advance, brush lightly with vegetable oil. Put the thickened cream mass in a mold and leave to cool at room temperature.
- Prepare the strawberry layer. Strawberries with sugar punch in a blender.
- Add corn starch, stir constantly with a whisk, heat over a low heat to a boil, boil for 1 minute and remove from the stove.
- Pour into the mold over the white layer. Leave to cool at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator to completely solidify.
- Scatter the coconut shavings on the surface and put the dessert on it.
- Sprinkle the dessert on all sides with shavings and cut into squares and also roll each piece in coconut shavings.
