- 500 gram Strawberry
- 200 gram Oat flakes (finely ground)
- 250 ml Milk
- 150 gram Jam (strawberry)
- 150 gram Curd
- 3 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Vanilla pudding (powder)
- 3 tablespoons Fruit syrup
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- We warm up the milk and pour it over the oat flakes (we can say that we are cooking porridge). Mix thoroughly with half of the specified amount of jam.
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the yolks in a large bowl, whisk the whites.
- Prepare the filling: add cottage cheese, syrup, protein foam and vanilla powdered powder to the yolks.
- Mix everything until smooth (if the filling is too thick, then pour in a little water).
- Spread the oatmeal dough evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Then put the filling on the baked dough.
- Place sliced fresh or thawed strawberries on the surface. Make dumplings from the remaining jam.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees and serve.
