Stuffed Pepper "Festive" Recipe
In a series of holidays, it is good to have a recipe for a dish, the preparation of which takes only a few minutes. Stuffed multicolored peppers always look elegant on the table.

Instructions
Wash the pepper, carefully cut in half lengthwise through the stalk. Peel off the seeds.
It is better to choose four-chamber peppers.
Cut the sausage into cubes.
Put the vegetables in a bowl and add the sausage.
Finely chop the greens, add to the vegetable mixture, mix everything.
Stuff the peppers with the vegetable mixture.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle with pepper.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the peppers. Bake for 25 minutes.
A delicious and beautiful dish is ready!
