Tangerine Jelly Recipe

New Year means holidays, joy, snow season, frost and, of course, tangerines. Therefore, now is the best time to make jelly from delicious and fresh fruits.

Instructions

  1. Add gelatin to the tangerine juice, mix well. Heat over low heat until smooth. DO NOT BOIL!!! Remove from the heat and put the honey, mix well.
  2. Peel the tangerines and remove the shells. Grind in a blender.
  3. Combine both masses and pour into glasses.
  4. Refrigerate until solidified.
