Tangerine Marmalade Recipe
A delicious sweet popular all over the world, which will not be difficult to prepare at home. I'm sure many of you have made marmalade many times. I was looking for beautiful slides of tangerines, I decided to make tangerine marmalade. It turned out very tasty, fragrant, and most importantly without additives and flavors.

Ingredients
For marmalade:
- 10 pieces Tangerines
- 1 glass Sugar
- 1,5 teaspoon Agar-agar
For sprinkling:
- 100 gram Sugar
Instructions
- Peel the tangerines and squeeze the juice out of them. It will turn out about 400 grams of juice. Pour 100 grams of juice into a container (glass) and add agar-agar to it, mix, leave for 10 minutes.
- In another cup we have 300 grams of juice.
- Pour 300 g of juice into a small saucepan and add sugar, stir, bring to a boil. Then add the juice with agar-agar, mix well again, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
- Let cool, then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, but preferably until the next day.
- Remove the marmalade from the mold, cut into rectangular pieces and roll in sugar.
