Strawberry Marmalade Recipe
We have a summer time-it's time for fruits and berries!!! It's time for healthy and light desserts!!! And this season I want to open 100% useful recipe strawberry marmalade! My treat and enjoy the little kids and those who do not want extra calories! Come in! Try!

  1. This marmalade is very easy and simple to prepare. and most importantly, all the useful properties of berries and vitamins are preserved! Soak agar-agar in 100 g of water for 30-40 minutes.

  3. Combine the strawberry mixture with agar-agar. At will and taste it is possible to add any sweetener: fructose, stevia, honey or simply sugar. I usually add fructose (4 tsp). Great benefit) Put on fire and heated until the first bubbles at the edges, diminish the fire and proverjaem 1-2 min., stirring occasionally. Turn off and allow to cool a little marmalade.
