Tortillas Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil odorless
- 150 milliliters Water warm, how many will take dough
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Add vegetable oil and rub it into crumbs with your hands.
- Gradually adding water, knead the dough. The dough should turn out not sticky, elastic. Cover it and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 parts and roll out each thin tortilla. Fry in a dry hot frying pan for 30 seconds on each side. If you plan to use them in other dishes, just lightly brown them. Store in a bag in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy your meal!
