Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken fillet
- 100 ml Kefir
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 pack Chips
- 70 gram Cheese hard
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken fillet into strips, add chopped garlic, season.
- Pour in the kefir and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Chop the chips into fine crumbs.
- Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater.
- Mix cheese and chips.
- Roll the marinated fillet in breadcrumbs with cheese and chips. Alternatively, first roll in flour, then dip in beaten egg and sprinkle with cheese and chips. They're both amazing.
- Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. It is very convenient to use a Teflon mat. During the baking process, you can turn it over 1 time (the bottom turns out a little, not so crispy if you don't turn it over). Enjoy your meal!
