Appetizer of young Zucchini Recipe
A light and very healthy dish, it can be served with a home-made lunch, dinner and on a festive table, it also successfully harmonizes with strong drinks. This recipe combines a bright taste, fast cooking and minimal processing of products.

Instructions
- Recipe for 0.5 kg of tiny zucchini. In the photo, in a bag of zucchini, there is a matchbox for a visual concept of their size.
- We cut off the tails of the zucchini and scrape the skin with a knife. It is scraped off, like shavings. We wash it.
- Boil 1 liter of water, add 0.5 tablespoons of salt and lower the zucchini there. Cook for 5 minutes after boiling. After 5 minutes, drain the water and, to stop the cooking process, pour ice water into the pan.
- Squeeze out the juice from half a lemon. Chop the garlic with 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare the filling-marinade: mix lemon juice, garlic, honey and olive oil. Honey can be replaced with sugar.
- In a container that is convenient for storing in the refrigerator, put the zucchini and pour the marinade. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- When serving, sprinkle with dill.
- Ready.
