Baked Halva Dessert Recipe

- This recipe uses fresh halva, without caramel streaks, not dry. The norm of ingredients for a serving for two people.
- Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, the mode "top-bottom". In the container, knead the halva and butter with a fork, rub the lemon zest, squeeze out the juice. Lemon is taken in an amount equal to two slices used for tea.
- Add the milk and knead until the consistency of "cream paste".
- We transfer it to a heat-resistant mold (the inner diameter of my mold is 10 cm) and send it to the oven for 5 minutes on a medium level. After 5 minutes, we raise it to a higher level and turn on the "upper grill" mode. We are waiting for the appearance of a ruddy crust. This will take 1-3 minutes.
