Ingredients
- 200 gram Spinach
- 1/2 pieces Onion
- 1/2 pieces Carrot
- 1 clove Garlic
- 60 gram Cheese hard
- 1.5 pieces Egg
- 50 gram breacrumbs
- 1.5 tbsp walnut
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Defrost the spinach, squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
- Lightly brown the nuts in a dry pan.
- Chop the nuts in a blender.
- Finely chop the cheese or grate it on a medium grater.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cheese, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, carrots, nuts. Add one and a half eggs. I usually separate a little of the white and yolk from the second egg. If the eggs are small, you can add two. Mix, add salt.
- We line the baking sheet with parchment, form balls and spread them out. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
