Ingredients
Salad
- 150 gram Beef
- 1/2 glass Pomegranate
- 2 pieces Tangerine
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 100 gram Apple
Dressig
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 50 ml Olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sprinkle a piece of beef with salt and pepper on both sides and fry on the grill on both sides, cool, cover with a sheet of foil, cut into cubes.
- It is better to take a green or yellow sweet or sour-sweet apple. Cut it into cubes as well.
- Disassemble the pomegranate into grains.
- Cut the cheese into cubes. I used the usual hard cheese (sour cream), take the cheese that you like.
- Break the tangerine into slices. Cut each slice into 2-3 pieces.
- Squeeze the juice from the pomegranate seeds. Mix it with soy sauce, honey, black pepper and olive oil.
- Mix all the salad ingredients just before serving. Mix and season the salad. Serve in portions or in a shared salad bowl.
