Hot summer days have come. A large harvest of honeysuckle has been harvested this year. I love this berry. I suggest you try my ice cream. It has a delicate creamy taste, sweet berry sourness, and fragrant brown sugar gives a pleasant caramel tint. It can be made from any of your favorite berries.

  1. We separate the yolks from the proteins, we will need only the yolks.
  2. Beat the yolks with sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the cream to the milk, bring to a boil, let cool and only then combine with the yolks, whisk.
  4. Chop the berries with a blender.
  5. You can add sugar, it's to taste.
  6. The egg-cream mixture resembles liquid sour cream in consistency. You can immediately add berries to it and beat it again.
  7. I wanted to try to remove berry stains, so I poured it out in parts.
  8. In the end, I had to mix everything up. Put it in the refrigerator to freeze. It is advisable to mix every 1.5 hours.
  9. Ready!
