Carrot Salad with Tuna Recipe
Olivier, of course, we will serve on the New Year's table. But I also want something light, healthy and at the same time delicious, so that my conscience remains clean and my waist does not suffer. I suggest trying an Italian salad of raw carrots with string beans, corn and tuna.

Ingredients
Salad
- 350 gram Carrots (Korean, ready)
- 500 gram green been
- 1 jar Corn (canned)
- 1 jar Tuna
- Greens (onion, dill, parsley)
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic
- 0.3 teaspoons Salt
- 0.1 teaspoons Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the string beans for 7 minutes, cool in ice water to preserve the color. Cut the beans into about 1-1. 5 cm.
- Peel the fresh carrots and cut them into cubes. It is somewhat unusual for us to eat fresh carrots in a salad. But Italians love to eat delicious food. And, you know, it's interesting.
- Drain the beans. Mix the beans with the carrots.
- Add canned corn.
- Drain the liquid from the canned tuna and add it to the salad. Add the greens. The recipe uses green onions. I had a mixture of onion and dill. The Italians would be horrified. Why do they dislike dill so much? But for me it was quite harmonious.
- Prepare a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and ground black pepper. Everything is here to your taste. Season the salad. And let it brew a little, as well as the ingredients for the dressing. And enjoy your appetite with benefits for body and soul!
