Ingredients
- 10 pieces Champignons
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 gram Cheese hard
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the chili pepper, squeeze the garlic through the press, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice with olive oil.
- Rub the washed and dried mushrooms with this mixture, leave them for 30 minutes.
