Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil over a low heat, so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Immediately remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Wash the fruit. Peel and slice the kiwi. Remove the seeds from the cherries. Peel half an orange and remove all the film so that only the flesh remains.
Put the fruit in the bowl of a blender and puree.
Pour the cooled sugar syrup into the fruit puree. Stir.
Distribute the fruit puree into the molds and put it in the freezer until completely solidified.
