Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Chic mega-chocolate ice cream, soft, rather, it is even a cold dessert - it does not freeze in the freezer! I love everything chocolate! So I always try to try something new for myself. This ice cream turned out to be super chocolate, with a bright and rich taste. Try it?

Ingredients
- 160 ml Cream (30%)
- 100 ml Milk
- 70 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
Instructions
- Break the chocolate and put it in a pot with a thick bottom.
- Cream with milk is well heated and pour into the chocolate.
- Stir well with a whisk.
- Beat the yolks with sugar-not to foam.
- Pour the yolks into the chocolate mass, stir well and put on a low heat, constantly stirring, bring to a boil, but do not boil! Remove from heat. Cool.
- Pour the mass into a form for freezing, preferably a round shape.
- After two hours, get it and punch it with a blender.
- Pour the mass into a container, cover and put in the freezer overnight.
- We take it out and put it in vases.
