Apple, orange, pineapple and raisin chutney with ginger and adjika. This chutney is suitable for meat, poultry and fish.

  1. Fill the raisins with hot water. Drain the cooled water and rinse the raisins under running water. Peel the apples and oranges. Cut the apples into large slices, peel the orange from the films.
  2. Put the fruits: apples, orange and pineapple in the bowl of a food processor.
  3. Cut the fruit with the "knife" attachment.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the mold. Add olive oil, ginger and adjika.
  5. Put the raisins, 1 slice of apple, salt and mix. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook until the apple slice is soft.
  6. Cool completely before serving. This chutney is suitable for meat, poultry and fish. If you take a fresh pineapple (pulp), then add sugar. Adjika can be added to taste. Enjoy your meal!
