Ingredients
Cottage cheese and banana mass:
- 260 gram Banan
- 2500 gram Cottage cheese 9%
- 100 ml Yogurt
- 70 gram Sugar powder
Additionally:
- 4 tablespoons Raspberries
- 8 tablespoons Corn flakes sticks
- 2 tablespoons Nuts almonds, cashews or others
- Dark chocolate to taste
Instructions
- To prepare cottage cheese and banana mass. Beat the cottage cheese with yogurt.
- Peel the banana, cut it, add it with powdered sugar.
- Combine both masses, beat with a blender. Transfer to a container, place in the freezer for 30-50 minutes, mix a couple of times during this time. The mass is a bit like ice cream.
- Serve in wide glasses or cremans. Put 2 tbsp of the cooled mass, 1 tbsp of corn balls.
- Again 1.5 tbsp weight, it is raspberries, nuts, chocolate chips.
- Serve.
