Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Sesame
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1.5 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Honey
Instructions
- Preparation of ingredients.
- Fry the sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry frying pan, stirring regularly.
- Cut cucumbers into strips.
- Pepper cut into strips. I have half red and half yellow.
- For dressing, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice and oil. Sesame oil can be replaced with olive oil.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and add the chopped coriander.
