Eggplant and Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 piece Eggplant
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Onion red
- 0.1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut eggplants into strips, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Boil the egg for 10 minutes. Finely chop the red onion. Put it on a platter, pour mayonnaise.
- Stir the salad before serving.
