Delicious spring and light vegetable salad with a spicy dressing. A very simple dish.

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage and cut the cucumber into strips.
  2. Cut the carrots into strips, and grate the ginger on a fine grater.
  3. Add spices, oil and rice vinegar. Mix the salad thoroughly.
