Ingredients
- 200 gram Chinese cabbage
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 1 piece Carrot
- Ginger
- Vegetable oil
- Spices (to taste: salt, hot red pepper)
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage and cut the cucumber into strips.
- Cut the carrots into strips, and grate the ginger on a fine grater.
- Add spices, oil and rice vinegar. Mix the salad thoroughly.
