We will need zucchini (preferably young), garlic, frying oil, salt and vinegar. Vinegar - optional.
Cut the zucchini into medium cubes.
I have a young garlic, I cut it together with the shoots. If you don't have this, you can take any garlic: including garlic powder.
In the preheated oil, start frying the zucchini, after five minutes add fresh garlic (dry powder - two minutes before the end of cooking), stir, add a little salt and continue to fry over medium heat. Carefully add salt, as young zucchini is easy to over-salt.
Young zucchini have a very delicate taste, so I don't like to overload them with spices. But, if desired, they can be lightly sprinkled with vinegar to give a little piquancy. Fry the young zucchini very quickly, it will take a maximum of 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished zucchini with finely chopped herbs.
