Fritter Recipe
First of all, it's very, very simple! Secondly, very, very tasty! And thirdly, I just have to share with you! I've been cooking for so long, but somehow I didn't think that there was no such simple recipe on the site. Pancakes are very tender, delicious and crumble like hot cakes!

Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken mince (I minced the breast, but you can use any fillet)
- 1 glass Kefir
- 1 piece Egg
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- Salt ( to taste)
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- First, beat the egg with kefir.
- Pour into the minced meat and mix thoroughly until smooth!
- Then add flour, salt and mix well again. The dough should look like sour cream, but not very thick. The spoon is falling, not flowing. You can add more flour! At your discretion.
- All right! You can fry! Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spread the pancakes with a tablespoon and flatten them a little so that they turn out even. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- They don't absorb oil at all. How much immediately pour into the pan, the same will be at the end of cooking.
