Fruit Smoothies with Chia Seeds Recipe
I suggest you prepare a very delicious, enriched with useful substances and, simply, uplifting - fruit smoothie with Chia seeds. In the summer, you can easily find all the ingredients and prepare such a dessert. This is a good option for a light Breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
Yogurt layer:
- 340 gram Yogurt natural
- 4 tablespoons Seeds (Chia)
- 2 tablespoons Berry syrup Jerusalem artichoke, to taste
Strawberry-apricot layer:
- 100 gram Strawberries
- 2 pieces Apricots frozen
- 50 gram Ice Cream
On the top:
- 30 gram Coconut shavings
Instructions
- For the yogurt layer, combine 340 g of yogurt, 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of Jerusalem artichoke syrup in a bowl. Mix everything well and leave it on the table.
- For the banana-apricot layer: freeze the bananas and apricots in advance. In a bowl, combine bananas, apricots and oatmeal milk.
- Beat with a blender until smooth.
- For the strawberry-apricot layer: combine strawberries, frozen apricots and ice cream in a bowl. Beat with a blender until smooth.
- Arrange the banana and apricot smoothies in clear cups. Remove to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until solidified.
- Then spread the Chia pudding on top with a spoon.
- Next, spread out the strawberry-apricot smoothie. Remove to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until solidified.
- Before serving, sprinkle with coconut shavings on top. Garnish as desired and serve.
