Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Celery root
- 4 bunch Spinach
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 30 gram Sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Here are all the ingredients we'll need.
- Slice the cucumbers and celery.
- Then chop the spinach and parsley, add a mixture of peppers, lime or lemon juice, soy sauce and oil, salt to taste.
- Ready.
