Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 2 pieces Celery root
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 4 bunch Spinach
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 30 gram Sunflower seeds (it is Better to take fried.)
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and celery.
- Chop the lettuce leaves and add the seeds.
- Then chop the spinach and parsley, add a mixture of peppers, lime or lemon juice, soy sauce and vegetable oil, salt to taste.
- Mix everything together, and our salad is ready.
