Green Salad with Grapefruit Recipe
A light and delicious salad will charge with vitamins and decorate both a quiet family meal and a festive table.

Instructions
Cut off the skin from the grapefruit.
Use a sharp knife to cut slices of grapefruit.
Squeeze the juice out of the leftovers.

And olive oil. Mix everything well, try it, you may need to add a little lemon juice if you get a small amount of grapefruit.
Cut the onion into thin half rings. I'm not a big fan of raw onions, so I prefer to scald them for salads. I leave it up to you.
Put the spinach on a plate, then the onion.
