Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Herring
- 2 pieces Egg
- 2 pieces Potato
- 1/2 bunches Green Onion
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into slices.
- Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
- Cut the fillets from the herring and cut into thin slices.
- Add chopped green onions.
- For the filling, mix mustard, oil and vinegar.
- Season the salad, mix and serve.
