  • 80 ml Vegetable oil The recipe used coconut oil
  • 3 pieces Chicken eggs 2 PCs. - in the dough, 1 egg-for greasing cookies before sending to the oven
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soda Baking soda, can be replaced with baking powder
  • Walnuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil over low heat. Cool to room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs (2 pcs.), add baking soda (1 teaspoon) and vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon). Next, add sugar (100 gr.)
  3. Whisk the mixture until white. Add coconut oil and honey (100 gr.). Beat well again.
  4. Add the total amount of flour (420 gr.). If, in your opinion, the dough will turn out slightly runny, you can add a little more flour. The dough should turn out soft and plastic, it is convenient to roll it into a layer.
  5. Next, roll out the dough into a layer.
  6. To make a relief pattern in the form of honeycombs, you can use a silicone stand for hot, as in my case, or you can simply roll out the dough into a layer 4-6 mm thick and cut out cookies in the form of various figures using cuttings for making cookies.
  7. Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush with beaten egg, add the walnut kernels in the middle and send them to the oven preheated to 170-180C.
  8. Bake until golden brown.
  9. Drink good tea on cold autumn evenings.
