Honey-Mustard Potatoes Recipe

- 800 gram Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Mustard granular

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix honey and spices.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Rinse and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes, dry them and mix with the honey-mustard mixture. Add salt and sprinkle with vegetable oil.
- Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. During this time, mix a couple of times.
