Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 1,5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 piece Tomato
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter, grease the slices of bread on one side.
- Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cut in half. Mash the yolk with a fork, add half of the grated cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix it. If necessary, add a little salt.
- Brush the slices of bread on the other side with yolk-cheese paste.
- Place a slice of tomato on top.
- Spread the protein in a circle, cut into thin strips.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese in the middle.
- Bake at 200 degrees for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve immediately, hot, garnished with herbs.
