Another variant of salad dressing, quite light and with a piquant taste, which is ideal for leafy and vegetable salads. I will immediately note that there are several options for such a dressing - with and without balsamic vinegar. The products are affordable, simple and quick to prepare!

- Peel the onion and slice, if possible, very finely; mix with aromatic herbs for salad (dill, parsley, celery, basil) and vinegar (balsamic vinegar and red wine). As a second option for this sauce, use only red wine vinegar, which you take 50 ml more.
- Add olive oil, salt to taste and mix well.
- Before each use, the sauce should be shaken.
- Perfectly stored in the refrigerator.
