Ingredients
- 250 gram Chicken breast
- 1 piece Kiwi
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 5 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Basil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
- For marinating, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, wine vinegar and a little basil. Leave it on for half an hour.
- Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown.
- Chop the vegetables.
- We tear the lettuce leaves with our hands.
- Put the meat on the salad.
- For dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Mix the vegetables and put them on top of the meat. Pour the dressing over the salad.
