Mushrooms Stuffed with Cheese and Walnuts Recipe
Very tasty, juicy, flavorful, nutritious mushrooms are obtained. Very protein dish, I recommend to serve it necessarily vegetables (fiber).

Instructions
Remove the legs from the mushrooms and
cut them into small cubes.
Add to the chopped mushrooms cheese on a small grater, crushed garlic, chopped herbs,
walnuts and salt crushed in a mortar. Stir.
Add a little salt to the mushroom caps from the inside. Stuff with the filling, tightly tamping.
Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet. Top with a little grated cheese on a small grater.
Bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven to 170C. Bon Appetit!
