Ingredients
- 400 gram Pork
- 200 gram Noodles (I use starch in the recipe, you can take any, for example, soba or udon)
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
Instructions
- Starch noodles must first be soaked in water for 2-3 hours, then boil for 5 minutes, if you have other noodles, follow the instructions on the package. Vegetables cut into strips, carrots can be grated on a coarse grater, fry until half cooked, peppers and carrots should remain firm. Lay out the vegetables. Cut the meat into strips, fry separately for 10-15 minutes until tender. Add vegetables, noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan with the meat.
- I add the malaxian seasoning to Chinese dishes, it enhances all tastes, and gives the same Chinese flavor, but not everyone likes it, so we dilute it if desired)) mix everything and warm it up a little. The finished dish is sprinkled with sesame seeds.
