Crispy onion rings with breaded cheese - a great snack! Preparing such a snack is very simple and from a minimum number of products. I offer you a recipe for a spectacular snack that will surely please your guests.
1) Cut the onion into rings 1-1. 5 cm thick. We disassemble it into separate rings.
2) Select the rings so that one ring fits into the second and the distance between them is about 1-1. 5 mm (just remove the onion ring that went between them).
3)Cut the cheese into thin strips 1-1. 5 mm thick. Place the cheese between the onion rings. We dilute the eggs and salt to taste. Onion ring roll in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in well-heated sunflower oil until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite sauce, to the foam.
