Ingredients
Salad
- 500 gram Potatoes
- 3 pieces Eggs (boiled)
- 250 gram Green peas (canned)
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Onion
- Allspice (to taste)
Dressing
- Sour cream (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in a uniform, cut into medium cubes.
- Boil the eggs, chop and add to the potatoes.
- Chop the onion and also add it to the salad (choose without bitterness).
- Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them with your hands.
- Drain the water from the peas and add to the salad.
- Season with salt, pepper, sour cream and mayonnaise to taste
- Mix it.
- Ready!
