Pumpkin-Orange Juice Recipe
Vegetable juices, thanks to the abundance of vitamins, deservedly occupy a place of honor on the Russian table. No worse than vegetables, they are able to enrich the diet with trace elements and protect against a number of diseases, especially in winter and spring, when our immune system needs additional support. A huge amount of mineral and vitamin substances is contained in pumpkin juice.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pumpkin
- 3 pieces Orange
- 200 gram Sugar
- 3 liters Water
- 1 teaspoon Lemon acid
Instructions
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes.
- Grate the zest of oranges, cut the pulp into cubes.
- Add the pumpkin and oranges to the pan.
- Pour water over the top and cook without sugar for 30 minutes
- Then whisk everything with a blender, add sugar and citric acid.
- Boil it again and bottle it.
