- 200 gram Radish
- 1 piece Cucumber
- Green Onion
- Salt
- Curd cheese
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables well. Peel the radish and cut it into half rings. Also slice the cucumber. Finely chop the dill and green onion.
- Add salt to taste. Add fresh cottage cheese of any fat content and sour cream. Mix well and serve.
