Red Fish in Sour Cream Marinade Recipe
Red Fish in Sour Cream Marinade Recipe
Fish according to this recipe is cooked in a frying pan covered with parchment paper. Thanks to this, it remains juicy and retains its useful properties.

Cook Time 55 minutes
Instructions
Wash the fish fillet and pat it with a paper towel. Rub with salt and seasoning for fish (I use a ready-made mixture that is sold in the store).
Brush on all sides with sour cream (15%) and leave to marinate for 25-30 minutes.
Place the parchment paper in two folds on a dry frying pan. Put the fish on paper and cook it over a fairly moderate medium heat.
It will take us about 4-5 minutes to brown the fish on each side.
And bon appetit! Our delicious fish is ready.
It goes perfectly with our classic guacamole fish.
