Rolls in Sesame Seeds Recipe
A quick and delicious eggplant snack. Serve chilled.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Instructions
Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
Fry the eggplants in a frying pan in sunflower oil until tender.
Place the fried eggplants on a paper napkin to drain excess fat.
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Add the finely chopped nuts and mix.
Put a small amount of cottage cheese filling on each plate of eggplant (I have a teaspoon).
Sliced tomatoes.

Roll each roll in sesame seeds.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
