Salad "Rich" Recipe
Once I found a recipe for this salad on the Internet, very often it is prepared, suitable for both a festive table and for everyday life. I did not change the name, I indicated it as in the original recipe: since it corresponds to this. A very delicious salad with herring and my favorite French dressing.

Instructions
- Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
- Cut the eggs into 4 pieces or slices as you like.
- Cut the herring fillet into small pieces.
- Cut the onion into half rings (to make the onion less bitter, add salt and rub in your hands).
- To prepare the dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard.
- Mix the herring, eggs, onion and lettuce.
- Pour the seasoning over the salad (it is important to season before serving). I don't salt, I have enough salt.
