Ingredients
- 4 pieces Celery root
- 100 gram Prunes
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Chop the greens finely, the cucumber in halves.
- Cut celery into half rings, prunes into strips.
- Mix everything, season with vegetable oil, lemon juice and a little salt.
