Salad with Celery Recipe
Many people are familiar with the win-win harmonious combination of celery stalks and apples. I suggest adding a few ingredients and preparing the most useful, very vitamin-rich, light and delicious salad.

- 150 gram Celery root
- 50 gram Dried apricot
- 50 gram Prune
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil

- Cut the celery. Pour the dried apricots and prunes with boiling water for 10 minutes, put them on paper napkins to remove excess moisture, then cut into strips.
- I chop the nuts, I just cut them with a knife, because I like large pieces in a salad. Cut the apple into strips, you can sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix the chopped ingredients.
- Prepare the gas station. To do this, mix olive oil and lemon juice to an emulsion state. Season the salad.
