Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 1/4 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 twig Green Onion
- 4 tablespoons Chickpeas
- 2 pieces Quail egg
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sauce (Worcestershire)
- Salt, black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Soak the chickpeas in water, and then boil them according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Put the lettuce leaves torn by hands on the bottom of the glasses, then add a spoonful of chickpeas.
- Next, add the cucumber cut into half rings, cubes of bell pepper, green onions.
- In one of the portions, add a quail egg, sliced. Lay out all the lettuce leaves and chickpeas. Pour the dressing on top and serve immediately.
