Salad with Cod Liver Dressing Recipe
I couldn't ignore this salad recipe, it seemed very interesting and useful to me. But since it turned out to be also delicious, I want to share it with you. Young sprouts of micro-green mustard give the salad a piquant sharpness, and dried tomatoes add a pleasant sourness.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Cod liver
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 100 gram Spinach
- 100 gram Greens
- Dried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Pine nut
- 3 pieces Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Wash the greens, dry them and mix them,
- Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
- Add tomatoes to the greens.
- Beat the cod liver and cream with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Fry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
- Add the dressing to the salad and mix. Put the salad on a serving dish, decorate with micro-greenery, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes.
