Salad with Mussels and Cucumber Recipe
I love mussels, and the salad is often white in itself. It is light and easy to prepare.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Instructions
Defrost the mussels and boil according to the instructions on the package.
Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
Cut cucumbers, 1/3 bunch of green onions and a bunch of dill.
Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise or sour cream.
