Cook Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 gram cucumbers
- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 30 gram Dill
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients. There are at least 2 ways to prepare this salad - appetizer. The first option is when all the ingredients are mixed in a cellophane bag. But I prefer the second option, when everything fits in a large plastic container. You decide which of the options to use in your kitchen. Let's start cooking.
- Cucumbers are especially tasty and crispy now in season. I prefer cucumbers of small, neat sizes. We remove their butts and cut them in half. I put it in a container.
- Cherry tomatoes are more dense, so I take them. I pierce with a fork in 2-3 places.
- Chop the garlic through a press. You can also use a fine grater. Add to the container.
- Cut fresh dill arbitrarily. Not too small. Add to the container.
- Pickles. I close the container with a lid and actively shake the ingredients. Thus, cucumbers are fried together and soaked with garlic and dill juice. 30 seconds of active shaking will be enough!
- I'll add cherry tomatoes here. I'll close the container and shake it a little more. Leave the vegetables for at least 2-3 hours. Shake periodically for the entire time 3-4 times for 5-10 seconds.
- Tomatoes, of course, need more time to marinate. I usually cook a salad appetizer in the evening and put it in the refrigerator. These vegetables are perfect for any meat. Season with pepper and add it. This is a recipe. Cooking will take a few minutes. Just 5-10 minutes of your precious time, and you have a real yummy on the table! Be sure to try to cook such salty vegetables. I hope the recipe was useful. enjoy your meal.
