How to cook salted cucumbers and tomatoes, making them crispy and tasty?! This dish is prepared quickly and with a minimum of ingredients. The first option is when all the ingredients are mixed in a cellophane package.
But I prefer the second option, when everything fits in a large plastic container. You decide which of the options to apply in your kitchen.
Let's start cooking.
Cucumbers are now in season are particularly tasty and crunchy. I like cucumbers of small neat sizes better. We remove their Asses and cut in half. I put it in the container.
Cherry tomatoes are more dense, so I take them. I pierce with a fork in 2-x-3 places.
Garlic crushed through a press. You can also use a small grater. Add to container.
Fresh dill cut arbitrarily. Not too shallow. Add to container.
Pickles. I close the container lid and actively shake the ingredients. Thus, the cucumbers together babutsa and soaked with juice of garlic and dill. 30 seconds of active shaking will be enough!
Here I will add cherry tomatoes. I'll close the container and shake it a little more. Leave vegetables for at least 2-3 hours. Periodically shake for all time 3-4 times for 5-10 seconds.
Tomatoes, of course, need more time to marinate. I usually make the evening a salad appetizer and put in the fridge.
These vegetables are ideal for any meat. Season pepper and add it.
